- Leave for children’s educational needs includes leave specifically for children’s educational needs, as well as discretionary and family needs leave which may be used for educational needs.
- When leave to meet a child’s educational needs is made available only to women, it was not included. Our map only shows leave available to both men and women because of the implications for gender equity.
